Shake Your Soul®
About Odelia Shargian
Dance has always been a part of my life, in one way or another. After experiencing a Yogadance® program, I knew I have found my path. With Shake Your Soul®/Yogadance®, I discovered a way to combine my love of movement and yoga with my deep-seated belief in the healing power of music, dance and movement. I trained with Daniel Leven, founder of Shake Your Soul®/Yogadance®, and received my dual certification in Shake Your Soul/Yogadance®, after extensive studies in experiential anatomy of movement, movement repertoire and extensive choreography training, movement improvisation skills, music appreciation, and rhythm training. I have become a SYS teacher trainer and I’m currently on the faculty of the SYS teacher trainings held at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. I am also a certified Structural Yoga teacher, a certified birth doula, a Soma Soul® practitioner and a Re-evaluation Counseling teacher.
